writing prompt
Today's writing prompt is 30 days no win. It says I am eligible to enter, but my profile shows that I won first place in a contest 19 days ago. I'm assuming that if I entered, I would be disqualified. Why is this happening??

When I look at your portfolio, I see your last win was on June 18, which is more than a month ago. If it says you're eligible, go for it.

The poem was posted then, but the deadline of the contest wasnt until July 1. Voting ended a few days later. If its ok, I will give it a shot unless told otherwise

Can always double check with Tom. But, believe Julie is correct. The date you posted might have been the 18th, which was more than a month ago, even though the contest was not until July 1. That is more than 30 days since posting the piece. As Julie said, go for it.
