Once. But it is not a problem, as it seems my vote is counted anyway. At least, I think so.

You created a duplicate thread for this topic, and your most recent published piece is also duplicated. So it appears that you're accidentally clicking things multiple times, either from double clicking or when the next page doesn't immediately load, you click it again to make sure it went through. Most of the time, whatever you clicked the first time goes through, even if the site says it did not. The voting system has error handling to prevent your vote from being counted more than once, but some other operations on the site do not have error handling. I'd assume if it says you already voted, then you did, and accidentally called that page twice.
