Haiku Movie Review writing prompt entry
|
Writing Prompt Write a Haiku. A Haiku has three lines. The first line has 5 syllables. The second line has 7 syllables. The third line has 5 syllables again. Take ANY movie and write a 5-7-5 haiku or senryu style review of it. Be serious or humorous...either way, act as if you were a movie critic and have fun! |
Initially, Baines wants to exploit Ada sexually, but as the lessons proceed, he realises that he has slowly fallen in love with her.
Ada, also ends up losing her heart to Baines because he soon understands why the piano is so dear to her, something her husband did not.
The piano is her voice, it's part of her being and he listens to her through her music.
Baines ends the degrading deal and gives the piano back because he cares about her.
Despite his rugged looks and being illiterate, his kindness and caring ways win her over. When he confesses his love to her, he is very endearing
One of my all-time favourite love stories.
