Freedom of Speech

There are so many factions of those who protest, but I say, freedom of speech is the one that unites us together into one cohesive network. We need that cohesion now more than ever.

The many factions include: Climate Change activists, the LGBTQ movement, the Environmentalists, those for Women’s Rights, and many more. Yet, if we are going to win, we must unite with a single cause that involves all of these factions.

The freedom to speak our minds is granted to us by the Constitution of the United States of America. This is a basic right afforded to every individual who resides in our beloved country.

When that right is taken away, we share the responsibility to speak out in a collective voice of protest.

Let’s not allow apathy and complacency to thwart our efforts to achieve a better democracy for the rest of us who care deeply.

We must breathe in, investing our minds, hearts, and spirits to merge as one cohesive unit with justice for all.

One cause—one solution is a call for celebration to invite the best of what our beloved country stands for. Protesting for our right to have freedom of speech is the best way to ensure our democracy stays secure.
